I met Shane briefly at Big Moose Yamaha last week...although we didnt have much time to chat...he recognized sledfreak and asked about us...he indeed is a TRUE SLEDFREAK...I hope he will share the PM he sent me, about his story, with you guys also...how about it Shane?? miles ride per year, years riding, etc

Merry Xmas and Happy New Year. We didn't get a chance to talk much as you were pretty busy. I was the guy on the blue Yamaha Vector with the REIMA jacket getting gas. Remember, I asked you if you were from sledfreak.com? I just joined! Site looks AWESOME! Looking forward to exploring it more often and becoming involved. Thanks for your time and dedication to the sport through this site. I wish you well in your endeavor, and if there is anything that I may do to be of help please let me know.

P.S. I am as much of a sledfreak as you can get. Been riding ALL OF MY LIFE! Parents got into it in 1950's. I average 3,000 to 4,000 miles per year. October 12, 2004 I had a 2 1/2 inch Ascending Aortic Disection. That means where the aorta comes off my heart it just exploded. 1% of people survive it. 5% make it through surgery. Supposed to be in bed/on the couch for 12 weeks. Couldn't take it anymore, went riding, did 123 miles first time out and on a new sled, 6 weeks after surgery!

I learned about this site from Joeee
He didn’t tell me that he was a moderator over here. I guess he neglected to fill in his affiliation with NAMBLA on his application.
Don’t let them fool you, Shane M and Joeee go back a long way in the NAMBLA organization, that’s were they met.
Ken P invited me to one of his inflatable sheep parties so his sexual orientation is questionable as well. I keep telling him Im not into that kind of thing but he is very persistent. He often brags how he is one of the top recruiters for his neighborhood scat parties…….I guess everyone is good at something.

Me (?), Im a very respectable gentleman and look forward to being an asset to the sled freak community. Im happily married with a brand new baby girl at home. My vice is a deep affliction for speed. During the winter months I feed this desire with an ’04 MXZ600SDI riding in SW New Hampshire, Tug Hill, Old Forge, and a trip or two to Canada. In the summer months you can find us doing Poker Runs up and down the east coast in my 30’ AMT Cat.

Very cool site (except for the questionable moderator) and I look forward to spending some time here this winter.
